  • This Privacy Policy applies to products and services provided by Talisman which includes the Talisman websites ('Web App'), ('Site') and the Talisman wallet ('Wallet') and any other products and services provided by Talisman (collectively, the 'Services'). This policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information.

  • By providing us with personal information, you consent to the supply of that information subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please do not use our Services if you do not agree with this Policy.

Collection of information

  • We collect information directly from you as well as automatically through your use of our Services.

    • We may collect information (such as your name, email address or social media username) directly from you in a variety of ways when you interact with us or the Services including when you contact us for support or feedback, sign up for updates, join our social media channels, provide information about your personal or business affairs or participate in user research, surveys and/or promotions.

    • We may automatically collect information through your use of our Services to help us better understand how you use and access our Services, and to improve the user experience. This includes data such as browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, location data (such as city and country), information about usage of our Services (such as page views and clicks) and other technical information.     • When you use the Wallet, we collect anonymous usage data (such as views and clicks) and/or anonymous log and error reports if you opt in during onboarding or through the Wallet settings. You can choose to opt out through the Wallet settings. We use the following analytics services to collect this data: PostHog and Sentry.     • When you choose to opt-in to the risk assessment feature in the Wallet, we send anonymous transaction and message data to a third party transaction risk assessment provider.     • Information we will never collect: We will never collect or ask you to share your password, private key or seed phrase.


  • We may use cookies on our Services to understand how you use our Services and to improve the user experience. Cookies are text files placed in your computer's browser to identify you when you come back to the site and to store details about your use of the site.

  • You can block cookies by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.     • enable you to access and use our Services, associated applications and social media platforms;

    • for analytics, market research and business development, including to manage, research and develop our Services and understand how users access and use our Services;

This may include parties located outside your jurisdiction. By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing of information overseas.

If you provide personal information to us, you understand we will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You do not have to provide personal information to us to use our Services, however, if you do not it may affect our ability to provide our Services to you and your use of our Services.
