  • This Privacy Policy applies to Talisman which includes the Talisman websites (https://app.talisman.xyz; https://talisman.xyz) (each a 'Site') and the Talisman wallet ('Wallet') and any other products and services provided by Talisman (collectively, the 'Services'). This policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information.
  • Personal information” is any information we hold which is identifiable as being about you.
  • By providing us with personal information, you consent to the supply of that information subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please do not use our Services if you do not agree with this Policy.

      • PostHog - A product analytics suite. We use this tool to better understand how visitors use our Site and Wallet, and to improve our Site and Wallet experience for visitors. You can choose to opt in to analytics in the Wallet and will be able to opt out whenever you want through the Wallet settings.       • Sentry - We use this tool to collect anonymised log and error reports from your use of the Wallet to help us improve the Wallet.       • Fathom Analytics - We use this tool to collect de-identified and aggregated data (e.g. browser type, operating system, length of time on the Site and referring URL) about your use of the Site to understand user activity and to improve our Services. Fathom Analytics does not use any cookies. You can read more about this on Fathom Analytics' website.
  • We may from time to time use cookies on our Site. Cookies are very small files which a website uses to identify you when you come back to the site and to store details about your use of the site. Cookies are not malicious programs that access or damage your computer. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but you can choose to reject cookies by changing your browser settings. However, this may prevent you from taking full advantage of our website. This includes service providers who perform functions necessary for our Services such as data hosting and storage.

We may also use your personal information to protect the copyright, trademark, legal rights, property or safety of Talisman, its users or third parties.

  • Talisman is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
  • The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. Although we take reasonable measures to safeguard against unauthorised loss, misuse or disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

  • Our Services may from contain links to other websites or applications not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any personal information which you provide whilst visiting those websites or applications. Those websites or applications are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
