# Get TAO using Cross-chain Swaps

Talisman’s cross-chain swaps feature makes it simple to swap for TAO, regardless of which chain you’re holding your other assets on. You can swap to/from TAO to EVM assets like USDC or ETH on Ethereum Mainnet, USDC on Arbitrum, or any other major assets.

1. To swap from within the wallet, open the extension, and click the ‘Swap’ button.

2. Choose the assets that you will be sending and receiving by clicking on the dropdown menu. We’re sending USDC (on Ethereum) and receiving TAO (on Bittensor).

3. Select the account you want to send funds from and which account you will receive the TAO tokens in.

4. Review the transaction details and click “Confirm Swap” once you’re satisfied.

5. Once the transaction has been processed, you will receive the TAO in your desired Bittensor account.
